Our Pastor
Pastor Faron and Ann Knopp
Pastor Faron came to Mill Creek in December 2013 to serve as Lead Pastor. He is a Kentucky native and has served in the ministry since 1990. He graduated from Boyce Bible College, Campbellsville University, and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Ann, his wife, is our Worship Leader and also leads the Women's Ministry. The Knopps have two adult sons, Aaron and Eric.
Meet Our Leaders and Staff
Ben & Julie Harman
Ben, an ordained minister, is a seminary student in Louisville. He and his wife Julie have been very active at Mill Creek during his education. Ben teaches some of the Wednesday classes and is available to fill the pulpit when necessary. Julie assists Ann with the women's ministry.
Scott & Teresa Peterson
Scott, an ordained minister, preaches at a local nursing home twice a month and is available to fill the pulpit. He also leads the janitorial crew at Mill Creek. Teresa has an important role in the nursing home ministry as well and she has filled a number of positions within the church.
Mary Luce
Mary Luce
Mary, our Church Secretary, has been a member of Mill Creek since 2006 and has served as church secretary since 2012. She began serving in church ministries at age 15 and has a wide variety of experience to draw from as she serves in the office.

Deacon Chairman
Greg Luce
Greg, retired military since 2002, lives with his wife Mary in Radcliff. They have served the church in a variety of roles. Greg has been the deacon chairman since 2024.
Deacons
Steve Sanders
Steve is the newest member of our deacon team. He is semi-retired. He and his wife Betty live in Vine Grove.
Michael Shepherd
Michael has been a Deacon for a number of years at Mill Creek. He is retired from the military and held a Cadre position at Bluegrass Challenge Academy for several years.
Allen Surratt
Allen, retired military, and his wife Charlotte have been very active in the ministry at Mill Creek for many years. They are both retired but still serve in church-related roles.
